Mindfulness & Meditation App Research & Persona Design
Conducted primary user research and analysis to inform the design of a mindfulness and meditation app aimed at helping users manage daily stress and anxiety. Focused on identifying user pain points, preferences, and obstacles to practicing mindfulness consistently.

Process Breakdown
User Research:
Designed and distributed a 10-question survey to a broad demographic.
Collected data on user stress levels, app preferences, meditation habits, and obstacles.
Key Findings:
70% of users experience daily stress.
Major obstacles: lack of time, external distractions, motivation.
70% want personalization features; others prefer short sessions, selectable voices, reminders.
Personas & Empathy Maps:
Created two detailed personas based on user data (Michael Johnson, Noemi Rossi).
Developed empathy maps to capture user behaviors, frustrations, and motivations.
Outcome:
Identified clear design opportunities to create an app focused on personalization, session flexibility, and engagement features addressing user pain points.
